The SC7 team will gather at the iconic rabbit sculpture in Greenville’s Unity Park before walking along the Swamp Rabbit Trail to Cancer Survivors Park, highlighting the powerful connection among outdoor recreation, wellness, and urban design.
This experience showcases how “green exercise” — physical activity in natural spaces — has transformed downtown Greenville into a destination where residents and visitors alike are drawn outdoors to connect with nature, community, and one another.
During Hurricane Helene, the park’s open green infrastructure helped absorb and manage floodwaters, serving as a vital reservoir area that protected surrounding parts of the city while reinforcing the importance of thoughtful, sustainable development.

The South Carolina Healthy Business Coalition and Nature at Work encourage organizations to bring colleagues, teams, and workplace groups together for these SC7 experiences designed to promote connection, movement, team building, and outdoor wellbeing. Consider wearing your company colors and joining us on your organization’s wellbeing journey.
