Resilience in Action: Nature, Place, and Community Wellbeing
Hosted by the South Carolina Office of Resilience – In partnership with Nature at Work, the South Carolina Healthy Business Coalition, and SC7
Join the South Carolina Office of Resilience, Nature at Work, the South Carolina Healthy Business Coalition, and SC7 for a special Trail Talks experience exploring how nature, placemaking, and resilience can shape healthier communities.
Hosted at the historic Mills Building in the BullStreet District, the program will begin with a SCOR Resilience 101 conversation, a discussion of SCOR’s partnership with Nature at Work, and the integration of nature into its new headquarters. Participants will then transition to nearby Page Ellington Park to explore nature-based resilience solutions in action through a guided outdoor experience focused on green infrastructure and healthy community design.
Following the program, attendees are invited to continue the conversation informally at Gather Cola or elsewhere in the BullStreet District.
