DESCRIPTION:Participants will have the opportunity to choose between two simultaneous experiences marking the conclusion of the SC7 Expedition: a guided hike along the Awendaw Passage, the coastal terminus of the Palmetto Trail, or a Blue Mind yoga session at the South Carolina Aquarium.  The hike celebrates the completion of the journey across South Carolina while offering participants the benefits of outdoor recreation, coastal exploration, and connection to the state’s natural landscapes.
