DESCRIPTION:Participants will have the opportunity to choose between two simultaneous outdoor experiences: a guided hike along the Swamp Fox Passage of the Palmetto Trail or a peaceful yoga session at Colonial Dorchester State Historic Site.  The hike will encourage exploration of South Carolina’s natural landscapes while offering an opportunity to reflect on the legacy of Francis Marion, the “Swamp Fox,” and his pivotal role in the American Revolution, while the yoga session provides a chance to connect wellness, history, and nature within one of the state’s most significant colonial landscapes.
